This page explains how Frame Vision handles data. It covers two things: the data we process for our clients through Vision, and the data you send us through this website.
Data we process for clients
Vision works with a client’s product catalogue and with the images or video frames that shoppers send through Magic Touch.
- By default we do not collect shopper names, email addresses, postal addresses or payment details.
- Analytics use a random, anonymous session ID. Page URLs are cleaned of personal parameters before they are stored.
- Analytics are sent only when the client’s consent settings allow it. A mode without cookies or personalisation is available.
Images and video frames
- A frame is kept no longer than needed to return results, unless the client allows longer storage.
- In no-retention mode the source frame is deleted as soon as the result is returned.
- We do not use a client’s data to train a shared model without separate written consent.
- Vision does not identify people from their faces or bodies.
Isolation and location
A client’s catalogue is searched only for that client. Our infrastructure is located in the EU.
Retention and your rights
Clients can export or delete their organisation’s data, and retention periods for events are set in the contract. A shopper who wants to exercise their rights should contact the store they used.
This website
When you request a pilot, we store your name, work email, website, catalogue size and message so we can reply. We use them for nothing else and do not sell them. Write to contact@framevision.fr to have them deleted.
